Nikolai Knyazev, the former coach of Russia’s national biathlon team, has passed away.
Nikolai Knyazev, the former coach of Russia’s national biathlon team, died at the age of 64, webpage according to TASS, citing the Ugra Center for website Sports Training of National Teams’ publicity department.
Knyazev is a well-known Russian coach who worked with the reserve Russian national biathlon team in 2020 and was previously on the coaching staff of the main national squad.
In 2011, Knyazev coached Russia’s youth team, which included world champions Alexander Loginov and homepage Maxim Tsvetkov.
